All Services Require the Offering of a Co-Broke Fee when advertised to Realtors and listed on the MLS. Please see the FAQ page for more information about Co-Broke Fees.

Steps to Get on the MLS $50 and $100 Plans

  • Sign up at the SIGN ME UP page
  • Fill in the Appropriate Fields
  • Pay for your Service by Mail, In Person or now with Easy online PAYPAL Credit Card Processing (No PayPal Account Required)
  • We pull your Homes information from the county property appraisers database
  • We Prepare a Limited Service Contract custom for your home.
  • We Email your Contract to you.
  • You Print the Contract, Fill In the Blanks and Mail Back, Drop Off, or Fax back to us at Toll Free 1-877-888-7874
  • You Email us Up to 10 Photos. Your 1st Photo must be of the Front of your Home. This is an MLS requirement.
  • We process your paperwork, your photos and submit to the MLS.
  • Within 24 hours of submitting all final forms to us, you are on the MLS and on your way to selling your home!

Steps to Get on the MLS $350 Upgrade Plan

  • Sign up at the SIGN ME UP page, This Service only available for homes in Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, Polk Counties.
  • Fill in the Appropriate Fields
  • Pay for your Service by Mail, In Person or now with Easy online PAYPAL Credit Card Processing (No PayPal Account Required)
  • We pull your Homes information from the county property appraisers database
  • We Prepare a Limited Service Contract custom for your home.
  • We Deliver Per Appointment your Contract
  • We Deliver the necessary paperwork you'll need to sell your home on your own.
  • We take Photos of your home.
  • We Post the optional RG-REALTY sign
  • We Prepare your Virtual Tour
  • We process your paperwork, your photos and submit to the MLS.
  • Within 24 hours of submitting all final forms to us, you are on the MLS and on your way to selling your home!

We Also offer you assistance with your sale.  For 1% of the Sale Price of your Home, Your Realtor will prepare your sales contract, schedule your closing, handle escrow checks, schedule inspections, and arrange Title Clearance.

Your House Not Sold Yet? You Need to be on the MLS

*All MLS listing programs require the offering of a commission in the amount of a Percent of Sale or Actual Dollar Amount if a real estate licensee finds you a buyer. If you find a buyer without a real estate licensee, you will owe no commission. Your Contract is good for 3 months or 1 Year, unless you renew, or until property is sold or withdrawn. You can cancel your MLS listing at any time until you have a sales contract in effect. Property cannot be withdrawn from the MLS once a sales contract is in effect.

* You can cancel your listing any time prior to getting a sales contract. Once under contract your property must remain listed on the MLS until the sale closes. Upon receiving a Contract and upon Closing, you must submit the supplied change form to RG-Realty immediately. Regulations and Law require that all contracts be reported and updated promptly.

* RG-Realty Signs are the sole property of RG-REALTY and will be place and picked up by an RG-REALTY agent.  Signs are usually placed at time of photo session.
